1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and bj33 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bj33 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, placing bets, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the bj33 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age to participate in gambling activities under the laws of Bangladesh and any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. bj33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with bj33. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserve the right to investigate and take action against any User suspected of violating this rule.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bj33 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though in some cases processing may take up to fifteen minutes depending on the payment provider.

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four hours, and funds are typically delivered to your nominated mobile wallet or bank account within fifteen to twenty-five minutes of approval. We reserve the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Before processing your first withdrawal, bj33 may require you to complete identity verification procedures. This may include submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect the integrity of our Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using another person's payment method will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Fees and Charges

bj33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such charges. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bj33 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. We will not cancel, amend, or refund bets except in cases of obvious technical error, system malfunction, or where required by law. In the event of a technical error or dispute, bj33's decision is final and binding.

bj33 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets if we determine that the bet was placed unfairly, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as part of a fraudulent or abusive betting pattern. Examples of prohibited conduct include but are not limited to: arbitrage betting, exploiting software errors or glitches, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of our games or Platform.

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the case of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, our specific sports betting rules will apply (available in our FAQ section). For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators, and we do not intervene in or influence game results in any way.

4.1 Maximum Payouts

bj33 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, sports events, or casino games. These limits may vary and are subject to change without notice. Details of maximum payout limits for specific events or games are available upon request from customer support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, bj33 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms will be clearly stated in the promotional offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused. bj33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion if we determine that the Player has attempted to abuse the offer or is engaging in bonus hunting across multiple accounts. Any winnings derived from abused bonuses will be forfeited, and the account may be closed.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bj33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their means. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we urge you to take advantage of the responsible gaming tools available on our Platform, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased until after a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four hours. You may also request a temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bj33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions;
• Being abusive or threatening towards customer support staff or other Players;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.

In the event of account suspension or termination, any remaining balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, your balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, your balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bj33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game code, is the property of bj33 or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bj33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason without prior notice.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. bj33 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bj33 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the bj33 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to bj33.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against bj33. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
